In the past, I've downloaded Firefox and was able to access websites that my company had previously blocked. No bad sites, they just didn't want you on the internet so this is how I got around it when I had no work to do for days on end.

Go to:

http://babel.altavista.com

In the "translate a web page" box type in http://www.facebook.com

For language, select Korean to English. Because there is no Korean on facebook.com, it will show as plain English.
