You simple need help to get oriented and familiar with these areas.... I suggest you visit here to do that:

Windows Registry Information

There is plenty of information and Links. You need to become VERY VERY familiar with the Windows Registry before you DARE run any Registry Cleaner. A Registry Cleaner is not a simple utility "putting the trash out" like temporary file clean ups that are safe to do. EACH registry item MUST be inspected first BEFORE any deletion. Most times the Windos System Restore cannot restore deleted registry items even though it most times restores deleted files.

One of the best in the world has been free for years - RegSeeker. (I think the author is from France). It has Back Up for anything you wish to delete and if it was a mistake you simply double clik it to restore (re-write into the Windows Registry). Look for this - the Restore Capability - in any you use. Don't use one without it - you may render the Windows Operating System and/or other software inoperable permanently.

Dear please use only registered Microsoft Windows operating system and all other soft wares. It will make your computer hard wares safer, longers, more effective and free of problems. Scan your system twice in a week with AVG Antivirus to protect from viruses.

Thanks

don't use any registry repair tools unless you really know what are you doing.
windows care personal is not really good tool.

question why exactly you need those tools?

use ccleaner it's free and nice....to be honest most of these kind of programs do nothing but a mess in your pc's registry...always concern to do a backup before attempting to change anything in your registry.

I suggest using CCleaner, it can fix invalid entries in your Registry, plus it can clean up temporary files:
