i took out battery and memory stick srarted and restarted a few times.
I can't get into setup or command promt
i tried changing hard drives
this isn't on operating system its the computer itself thanks

I have Norton installed on my computer. I was just informed by a pop-up that I have a Trojan Horse virus and it was unable to repair the file because access was denied. Can anyone tell me what this means and how I fix this??
Also, I thought Norton was supposed to STOP viruses and notify you....how did this happen??

I just purchased a new windows vista computer in Feb. and already had to buy a anti-virus disk to remove the trojan virus. This is insane I thought the computer had built in protection for 60 days at least.

Okay guys I have 3 computers hooked up to a WPA2 secured wireless router. All three computers have Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0 installed and I have Adaware and Spybot installed. I am not that concerned about my computer getting infected since I also have good browsing habits however I am a little worried about my brother who also uses the router. He dosent download anything or use any peer to peer programs but he does visit shady websites from time to time. Is my protection enough to block viruses and spyware from his computer from just viewing sites and never downloading? More importantly is my computer safe? Since I am using the same router what are the odds spyware or a virus can get on his computer and make it to my computer through the router with all the software I have installed?Please let me know if I am just paranoid or if I have to install additional software.
Also since I cannot babysit my bro please answer the question assuming he will visit shady sites...

I've tried many firewalls, except for Zonealarm. I want to download, but I'm afraid it would be to complicated for me and I would end up blocking myself from the internet like I did with so many other firewalls.LOL The firewall would have a message that was more like a comp code than a program it's asking me to block or unblock. If Zonealarm is NOT the best than please tell me what is?
