Turn the encryption on. And create a complicated password to log on.

Check your router.manual. Depending on the age, make and model, you may be able to use WEP or WPA encoding. This will lock out any computer that doesn't have the password or passphrase.

You can also initialize your system so that it will only allow certain computers to logon.

This stuff is a little complicated, so be prepared to spend some time with your router manual, or invite a geeky friend over to help.

Good luck :>)))

Just connect to your wireless router's setting through the IP address provided in your router's manual, you connect to the IP using a web browser like Internet explorer. If your router has WEP or WEP2 security, then you can setup a password so no one other than you and who knows the password can use the network,,

Hope this helps & good luck,
