How can I tell if a site is virus safe?

Having secured PC's against end users for a living, and cleaned up their messes, I can guarantee there is no amount of personal surfing that is 100pct safe.
Personal internet at work? You're playing with fire.

In general YOU CAN'T.
Many sites advertise that they use scanners on ALL files, but even with scanners some virus may slip through.
There is NO SUCH THING as completely safe and secure Internet!!
