Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

I hope you have a good antivirus program. I suggest you run it in Safe Mode to catch self-executing viruses. To get into Safe Mode:
Turn your PC on or Restart. As soon as you see the black and white screen, press and hold the F8 key. Continue holding until you see a black and white menu. Safe Mode is F3 or F5. It looks weird but that’s because Windows is not loaded.
Click Start, Programs, run your AV program.
When it is finished, Restart.
You will probably find your icons messed up. Just drag them back into place.

Boot your pc into safe mode then scan your pc for viruses. In this way, you'll be sure that the file that is infected by the virus is not running thus enabling your antivirus to delete it..
