I need to send emails to our 100s of our customers.

Can anyone help me, i recently downloaded a file, now i have spyware crawling all over my system.I get constant pop ups and mesage bubbles and unwanted adverts during work.

I connect to internet from LAN and the time of connecting to the LAN is limited. I can surf the internet only 7 hours a day but of course I can see the organization web site 24 hours. During that 7 hours, I can sign in to YM normally. To my surprise, i can sign in to Skype even if I can't see a web page or sign in to YM.

hi everyone! my sys is infected by Torjan vius. while scaning the sys i found 2 torjan virus in my sys. i tried deleting it but it says cannot be deleted. my sys has 2 OS. both windows 2000. one i use and one my husband. please tell me what to do.

I only have found pay sites and am hesitant as I hear they'll take your $$ and not provide any service. Any free sites that do this?

Just wanted to know if it is common for someone to take over my computer while I am working on it. For the last few weeks, strange things have been going on while I have been on here. As I am looking at a web page, another one will pop up and an address will be typing in the address bar routing me to another page. I have went to my email accounts and noticed that emails were opened that I have not read. The latest is a charge on my CC to a internet web site that I have never been to. I am hoping that I have it fixed now, now I am just paranoid. Can anyone tell me anything about this type of inncident or what I can do to feel secure using the internet more frequently.

Ok i installed some software onto my computer from a cd-rom only to find out it had trojans. I had some trouble removing them, but i finally did. What i wanted to know is, how come my anti-virus(the yahoo suit anti-virus) didn't detect the trojans. Don't antiviruses check cd-roms. Afterwards i tried checking the cd-rom with AVG and then with spybot but they both found nothing on the ce. Can't anti-viruses detect trojans on cd-roms?
