Use the install disk you first installed it with. Stick it in the new computer and install, and type in you registration key or w/e just like you did before with your old one.

use the software CD that came with your other computer. Make sure that it is compatible with the new computer. If you got the protection downloaded directly from the net than contact the company to do a new download, sometimes they'll charge you a fee and sometimes you just have to get new service. Hi. Usually you just download a fresh copy, but if you bought an AV program you can usually copy the install program to a CD-ROM and install on your shiny new box. The key to unlock will have been included and you'll need to put that in as well.
