I ran a search on my computer and it came up with trojan files that are located in the programs file 'spybot search and destroy' under the included file

they are spybot files, they are in the includes file in the spybot file in the program files....if they are just quarintined (which I don't think they are because they were created the day I uploaded spybot) can I erase them?

They are quaranteed but you can delete them.

I would run your destroy (fix) program associated with spybot then run the immunize program that is in spybot. That should take care of your trojans. I would watch the E-mails you get in the future and try to find whch ones they came. I would run your Spybot several times a week until you find out how the trojans got into your files. I would send out a message alerting your friends about your problem it could help them.

dont use spybot...it actually makes your computer worse if anything.I recommend using Ad Aware and the Mcaffee Anti Virus program combined if you want to have good protection

You should install any antivirus which include warms blocking are removing. You can down load norton or mcafee demo version for some days and scan your folder which contains this trojan.

Yes it is. They have probably been quarantined by SpyBot.
