i like to whether php5 is more stable than the php4 both in security wise and in integerity. i will be more thankful to you if you give me some supprting documents to prove it

There is no difference in either stability or security. The difference between PHP 4 and PHP 5 is the object model. Both PHP 4 and PHP 5 are actively maintained.

It is mostly performance changes. Security is pretty similar, all in all I would not say it is more or less secure. Just security is a bit differently implemented. There are some compatabliity issues. If your upgrading, you will want to make sue all your code will work with 5. For the most part it should all owrk but read up on php.net, tehre are some known issues of PHP4 code not working in PHP 5 without modification.
