Just go to download.com and search for pop-up blockers. They have ratings from users so you can read reviews and pick a good one.

Get the Google Toolbar. I've been using this free product with built-in pop-up blocker for a long time now. The toolbar features including the pop-up blocker is great. It gets most of then annoying popups!

I use opera browser. It is a free browser and it has a own pop up blocker. It is fast and nice. Work with pages and give a good features. If you like, try it.

1b) Install Adblock a content filtering plug-in for the Mozilla and Firebird browsers.

2) Install and run spywareblaster

just install yahoo tool bar redff toolbar or google tool bar pop-up bloker is free in that search in google for those

Try IE 7.0 you can freely download it from www.microsoft.com, if you don't want to update the browser use google tool bar
