Yeah, some great safety procedures when I was online, I just want your opinions about it and some experiences like this...

Yeah, I was in an internet cafe (pc rentals) and got on the internet and looked at my mail, there was that anonymous e-mail (because all I get is from my dad's and some Y! information mails) about saying to bring this mail to everyone I know. It has an attatchment in it so I got up and deleted it away. Yeah I thought I'll just open it because i'm in an internet cafe anyway...it's not my pc after all...

Feel free to give your experiences and opinions, people.

Trojan.ByteVerify(file and compressed file),Download.Trojan(file type),Bloodhound.Exploit.20,(file type) and 10 unknown virus name which was a compressed file(total:56 viruses on my Temporaly Internet Files) could not be removed online and manually offline!!!!!Save me!The computer system was partly detroyed!Symantec I bought could not help me.Microsoft online support and MSN homepage could not be accessed.I was totally blocked to seek for help online and from any website.They are so cruel to me because I am an end user.Any one who feel compassion to me,please help me!I am being 'jailed' for 2 weeks.I don't know why Symantec Norton Antivirus which I 'had paid' could not help me even after I downloaded the latest update from their website.The 56 viruses are 'very' strong.

Can somebody PLEASE help me-change the "Administrator" of my new PC?

I NEED to find out how to change the "Administrator" of my brand new PC-(as well as the "Master account" in the e-mail-"my account" section)-My family had a PC that was "not-repairable"; Keeping that in mind, I went and bought a PC for myself a few days ago as I will be moving out "soon" , so my family is going to replace their "non-repairable" in few months time-they're in no rush to do so right now.-Which brings my point:On my new PC, my family I do NOT want anyone else in the household to be the "Administrator" of my PC (long-useless story to my question!), or "Master-Account" in ANY part of my PC-(there were too many pointless problems from having a "1" person as "Administrator" of our old PC)-So, I've got my own & hooked up to our router that we used for the old PC which is why the "Administrator" comes up with the old PC's "Admin./name" -PLEASE can somebody tell me how to make the necessary "changes", so I can be the only one with "full-access" to my own PC?

I think I have a spyware problem. What is titan sheild? It keep changing itself to my homepage?

The only thing i've downloaded latley is music from itunes which I assumed was a safe place to do it. But now a box keeps appearing in the bottom right had corner of my monitor saying that my PC is infected with spyware and then opens a new internet window that takes me to http://antispywarebox.com/ It is advertising "Titan Shield" spyware remover but i think that it is the spyware. HOw can I get rid of this problem It is happening every few minutes. I have Trend-Micro's PCcillin for anti virus and I downloaded Windows Defender Beta for Spyware protection and it is not getting it and I also am running Window updates: Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool right now but I don't think it is working HELP!

how do i remove "system doctor" malware from my system?

a program has taken over my internet browser and god knows what else! my home page has been changed from yahoo to a site that calls itself systemuptodate. this keeps recomending i buy a package called system doctor. i have found sites which describe this as a bogus program which tries to pressure you into buying something which you do not need. adaware se, spyware doctor, spybot, and ewido have all failed to spot this. help!

How can I find out?

My friend's friend added me to his contacts a few days ago. And we were talking normally online. He goes to the same school as me, so i know who he is. But just a few days a go, he started talking wierdly and saying that he's some guy from delhi. I'm getting worried. I don't know if he's pulling my leg, or that there's something wrong with his id. And i cant even ask my friend who gave him my id because he hardly comes online and I can't even talk to any of them, because they left school, and i don't have any of their contact information. Is there any was to find out the background information of a person using his id through the net for free?...pls help me, im getting really worried

teen has windows xp with log in password under administrator she's locked me out,how can i get that password

The only account she has on the screen is hers. I have files on that account, have no idea what her password is and she wont tell me. she has moved out and left the computer. i have went to safe mode and found administrator with a password and her account with a password word. she has passwords on both. There has to be some way I can get into that as a parent. Any help appreciated. Also, how can you save IM's if the kids have there privacy set to not saved.

Did you notice something strange in your yahoo ask and answers?HELP?

I have noticed that I have question that I didn't ask and it has been removed...did you ever get the same thing? do you think I would have to make a new name and password?? I heard we have to make only one. I don't wanna change but if someone got access to this..what should I do??
