i HAVE SPYWARE AND REALLY NEED TO GET RID OF IT!!!

first turn off system restore, then when the computer starts booting up, start tapping the F8 key, a menu will come up, choose start in safe mode, when it come up, scan it

its really very easy.just switch on your computer.then keep pressing F8 on your keyboard from the beggining.dont stop pressing it.dont press once and hold down the button.u have 2 repress several times and a little fast.thn u ll have a black screen with some options.it ll happen b4 ur computer loads ur windows o/s.there one of the options is "safe mode".just go 2 that option using ur arrow keys and hit enter.boom u enter ur safe mode.then use ur spyware removing tool 2 remove your spyware.

restart your computer and as it starts up just tap on the f8 key before it reaches the welcome screen.Then select safe mode with networking,using the arrow keys to highlight.Then run your antivirus program.I just did it and my viruses are gone.If you do not have an anti virus program go to this site--free.grisoft.com----------then scroll to the bottom of that page and click on -get avg free for windows right now.
