I theres something wrong with your keyboard what should you do?

My PC is about 10 metres from my phone socket so I've been told that I need to go wireless or I'll get an even slower ADSL connection than I'm currently being offered. Exactly what do I need (I will need a USB thingy too I'm told) and where can I get the best online deal for one?

Ok this has been happening a few months after i got a myspace ,the problem is that when i go on any website,no matter what i do,know matter how many times i push refresh the pictures won't show up & on myspace that includes the add 2 friends buttons & everything else.They do show up sometimes though but I don't know whats wrong with the computer.I want to know how can i fix this,i have deleted the cookies & deleted the history files but nothing seems 2 work.Does anyone have any idea about what should I do & by the way,the missing pictures don't even show a box with a white X in it,its just a blank spot,nothing is there or if its on another website,it just shows the words that go 2 the picture,somebody please help me & I have a windows xp by emachines

& I don't understand when you tell me what browser do I use so let me just tell you everything I know

I got this computer, it has pentium 4 processor.
So, it won't get me to windows because it was password protected and I bought it used as is from a school sale. I understand i can get the linux operating system for free. I am a student, need programs similar to microsoft works and something for music. Should I save my self some bucks and override everything installing linux, or should I pay someone to override the passwords in the computer?

I have a HP printer and it is registered to me and I
have now changed internet providers and would like to
notify HP of my new email address. However when I
try to fill out new registration form they do not help me.

Whenever I try to open up my internet explorer, disk cleanup, internet properties, system restore, command prompt, or anything like that, an error message comes up. The error message reads: Rundll32.exe application error. The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click OK to terminate the application.
My laptop is basically useless now, it will not allow me to run any type of programs that could potentially delete the infected file. I don't know what to do. Help me please!!! I'm on the verge of throwing my laptop across the room, this error is annoying me so much...

i have a toshiba satellite 2590CDT from 1997.
Everytime i start it up there is an error that says
"Error loading explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\netdc.exe
You must reinstall windows."
The problem is...i have no installation CD!
is there any way to fix this???

I recently re-installed windows and i copied the videos i had back onto my PC and now now when i open a music video it only plays the audio and not the vid. They are .AVI files. Any suggestions are helpful as its really puzzling me. I probably need some codecs but i dunno what ones are the best. :)

Is there a music service that u can download unlimited with burn rights for like 10 bucks or 15 a month. I know u can get urge or napster for 10 bucks but it doesnt let u burn just listen and copy to mp3 player. u have to pay full price for a song or cd if u want to burn. and please dont say just get some illegal thing.

I want to save my itunes music files onto a dvd so i dont need to store them on my computer but i need one thats rewrittable, i want to be able to always be adding music to the dvd instead of using one ordinary dvd when its burned once its done...

I'm planning on purchasing a teacher gradebook software program download. The site suggests that after downloading the program, I burn it to a disc so I can use it on other computers as well.

*One of the listed requirements of the software is 20 mb of free space on my hard disk drive.

MY QUESTION: Instead of burning this program to a disc, can I also copy it to one of those 1gb flash drives? Is that flash drive the same thing as a CD-R? Is 1 gb large enough to hold the program and it's contents?

I would be using a Mac. Is the process of copying to the flash drive easy?

i have a 9 year old toshiba laptop that i only keep around b/c it has photos saved on there. i was able to (laboriously) transfer many of the photos onto several 3 1/2 inch floppys, but my new HP doesn't have a floppy drive, only CD/DVD (it burns as well).

how can i get the pictures to my new computer?

is there a way to hook up my old laptop to my new computer?

do i have to buy one of those external drive thingys?

if i do have to buy special stuff to transfer the photos, what is the best equipment to buy?

bear in mind, i am not in a position to spend alot of money on computer gear, especially if i am gonna only use it this one time.

are there any specialty services available anywhere that would do this for me?

lets say you send me and email photo of a rainbow and i want a real photo of it....how do i move the photo from my email to my pictures so that i can write it to a cd and then take it to a print shop and print a regular photo.....i dont know how to move the photo....i do know how to write to disk and then yadayadayada....just want to know how to move it...thanks

MCTS (microsoft Certified Technical Specialist) is easier to do because normally there is one exam that completes the entire course. Example MCTS for SQL Server 2005 only requires exam 70-431. So I'm curious is the MCTS certification hold as much weight as far as importance compared to MCSE or MCDBA which requires a lot more exams?
