Rightclick on the image>save picture as> save it on your desktop.
NEver failed me.

Either use the Print screen button and paste the image into an image editing program like paint or save the entire web site. File Save... and the pics will also be saved

In laymens terms that's called theft. Try purchasing the rights.

If it won't let you right click and save, then it is theft and you need to find a different image.
