how do i view files on my hardrive?

i need to view recently viewed websites on my hardrive because my computer has done system recovery on its own stating corrupt files on hardrive

In Windows. Start-> All programs -> Accessories -> Windows Explorer

go to my computer. click on it, when the page opens choose drive C and click it this will open all your files. if they dont appear a blue box will have the dialog view folders click on it and they will appear.

You can view it in my computer or you can use google destop search.
