To fix that error, the first place to check should be your computers registry files. For a simplistic definition, these files contain the instructions on how to operate the software and hardware on your computer. These Windows registry keys and files can begin to accumulate overtime and become corrupted and full of errors as software and hardware is added and removed from your computer. If these files get messed up in any way, then you will definitely encounter computer errors.

hi. I am not sure why it's doing that. Probably your computer is infected. First thing i would try is hit F8 while the computer is turned on when it says what windows it is , hit F8 and what that does is it fixes any problems on your computer, it makes it like new , like you got it when you first bought it. I would recommend getting it to best buy (they have geek squad) in there, they can fix the computer for you. Just take the tower with you, they have everything else there that they need. It's not expensive. If you have a laptop, bring it there, they should be able to solve that problem. Make sure to explain them what's wrong.
Good Luck!!
