if i have a photo in my email that i want to write to a cd and then print?

lets say you send me and email photo of a rainbow and i want a real photo of it....how do i move the photo from my email to my pictures so that i can write it to a cd and then take it to a print shop and print a regular photo.....i dont know how to move the photo....i do know how to write to disk and then yadayadayada....just want to know how to move it...thanks

okay i tried number ones suggestion...now the problem i have is that the picture is so small that with zoom i lose quality and it is very blurry or grainy....is there a solution to this problem?

Right click on the photo and choose save as.
