Please enter the address of your SMTP server.
I am installing PHP what is that, and what should I put there other than localhost,can u explain that option and stuff and also
please enter the 'from' address for the mail function...what that means

In case you are sending mail through PHP, what is your SMTP server address? In general, you can copy the same server name from your mail program.

The FROM address, again, is for sending mail FROM PHP. You can put your domain name, like "[e-mail]" or something. Just make sure that address actually exists or gets forwarded to your real address.
