Now - First question.. From looking at that would you say that I actually have 2 physical hard drives inside my case? (because I cant see the other one..) and my second one is this .. I swapped over a hard drive - I added the maxtor one that you can see listed but - I removed a fireball one (which is also still listed) What else do I need to do in the bios or whatever when I change a hard drive? Also - how the hell do I tell which drive has failed?

Thanks for all as usual ..

I have on my PC right now AVG Free Edition and Ad-Aware SE Personal. I am running Windows XP on a PC, not laptop. I would like to get PC in best shape, without paying for full editions on scanners. Can anybody give me a 'list' of things to do, programs to use, in order? Maybe daily things to do to ensure pc is fast and free of viruses, spyware, etc?

What is the best affordable printer for printing images onto DVD's. I am considering an Epson Inkjet r300 (i think thats right). Does this printing technique work very well or is that just a selling point of a standard printer that attempts to do it!

All programs are dragging very slow (i.e. Internet, Word, Exel, etc.) My computer is approx. 2 1/2 years old. I am willing to erase everything on it, and start over. I do not mind backing up my files etc. I have deep scanned with new norton antivirus, ran up-to-date spyware programs, defraged hard drive, cleared temp internet files etc. Nothing has worked! I have an hp zx5000, intel pentium 4, 3.2 Ghz w/512MB and am running Windows XP Home w/Service Pack 2. I would appreciate if someone could give me some ideas as to what direction to take to solve this issue(in detail would be greatly appreciated). I do not want to replace my notebook, but I understand technology updates very often. With that being said, Is this computer still up to par with some of the mid-range notebooks today? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...
