Not sure you can do that, however,

If disabling via jumper is not an option ... just disable the device under Windows Device Manager.

Disable through BIOS settings.
When booting press F2 go to advanced settings peripheral devices and disable on board sound

Why bother, disable it from the CMOS menu.
