I am looking for a cheap laptop to buy on ebay.
The requirements I have are:
- Less than $260, including shipping.
- Pretty new (at least Windows XP)
- Good, tested battery.
- Preferably, AC adapter included.
- Preferably, wireless card included or built in.
- Buyer must have good feedback.
-Must be buy it now.

i asked this same question before and they told me to do a virus scan, so i did.

and they said i might not have much HD space but theres 105GB of 142GB

i dont know how to tell how much ram i have or how much i am using but could this be the problem

i need some help because this is giving me the sh*ts real fast!!

Ok, I found the problem to the reason why dvd's won't work on my computer. But, I don't know what to do. This is what it said: Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41)

That is what it told me. So, what should I do? Well, thanks for your help. Really appreciate it.

I want to add more memory to my laptop but a lot of stores, (Best Buy, Circuit City, etc.) Say they don't have what I need. Could someone please help. HP says they don't even have it.

i wanted to play gears of war in my pc, but i dont know if my pc's video card is enough to play the game. the minimum requirements to play the game are

I just bought a new MP3 player and it says that some USB port may not be powerful enough to charge the lithium battery, so I wanted to know what was the USB capacity for my computer.
It says that it needs an "High speed USB 2.0" or something like that...
The MP3 is an "Sansa e260 4.0 GB"
I just want to know if my computer is good enough for it. I'm not very good with computer you see.

well i just called my pc manufacturer and i went threw all this hassle but now finnaly they said they there gonna send me box so i can ship it out to them and they will fix it for me i think they are gonna fix the motherboard since the power supply they sent me fixed nothing.(my pc not botting up)
NOw my question is when they fix the motherboard are they gonna delete all of my stuff in my hard drive like photos files etc?

i am using speedfan to overclock my processor because i cannot access it from the BIOS. The only problem is, my motherboard(Asus p5r-la) does not appear on the list. I wen to the help list and it says there might be a clock generator no the list of available motherboards that is the same as mine. this is what it says

"You can even directly select your clock generator (your motherboard might have the same clock generator as another supported motherboard). "

I bought a Dell XPS 710 recently and I bought it with 2GB RAM. I decided to upgrade it and so I bought another 2GB RAM and added 1GB from my old XPS 600. When I run the setup from booting the screen clearly says I have 5GB installed. However when in windows VISTA running dxdiag I get told I only have 3GB running. Why is this when everything has been installed properly. Any advice welcome.

will this one when I burn it the video is fine but the audio sounds like the chimpmunks at first it was the disk but I burnt it to a diff disk it still does it and I know it's not the dvd burner for all of the other dvd's I have burnt with it works fine van anyone can tell me what is going on I have been useing dvdflick to burn with and it comes with imgburn if the helps and also when I play the file with out it burnt on my pc it's in avi format it play and sounds great with no problem.

I am looking at the newspapers and am trying to figure out what laptop i should buy 2marrow. I want something that is going to be fast for what its worth? I see it says intel pentium dual core inside, i dont know what that means. Others laptops say intel centrino duo, core 2 duo. and other say amd turion 64 X2 moblie technology.
