i asked this same question before and they told me to do a virus scan, so i did.

and they said i might not have much HD space but theres 105GB of 142GB

i dont know how to tell how much ram i have or how much i am using but could this be the problem

i need some help because this is giving me the sh*ts real fast!!

Change the refresh rate of your monitor, it should be at least at 70Hz.

If you have an LCD make sure it is set to a refresh rate of 60 Hz (don't ever set an LCD higher than that, typical LCD screens can not run at higher than that despite what naïve people who don't understand frame dropping may think (i.e. if you try to run an LCD at higher than 60 Hz it just ignores some frames to get the refresh rate down to 60 Hz, that might be causing flicker)).

If you have a CRT (which a computer with Vista probably wouldn't have) then you do need to raise the refresh rate, preferably to about 85 Hz.

Of course that's all assuming that I'm interpreting what you mean by flicker correctly.
