Go to the site that makes your addon sound card OR onboard sound chip and download the drivers directly from them....
It's always best to do that anyways because you will get the updated drivers.

Speakers are independent and do not need drivers, but your sound card does. Install your sound card drivers at the sound card manufacture website or OEM website, such as Dell, HP, etc.

then find your motherboard manufactures. log on to their web site, look for support downloads enter your motherboard number. and download the drivers for that motherboard then go into install new hardware in windows and let it find the drivers
make a folder for your driver download and point to that when installing the new driver
