It's not a battery problem. I have Windows XP. I was listening to music on it, and my brother accidently kicked it off the desk. It turned off. I turned it back on and it was normal until it said to pick a way to start it up. The options are, Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking, Safe Mode with Command Prompt, Last Known Good Configuration, and Start Windows Normally. I've tried all of them. A blue screen comes up in about 5 seconds that says, a problem has been detected with Windows and will shut down to prevent damage to your computer, unmountable_Boot_Volume. This screen only stays up for about a second and a half, and then it just restarts, and goes through this whole process again. Please help me, I've put to much into this computer to lose it all, and nobody gets an income in my family, so I can't afford to take it to a repairshop. Please help me.
