But upon hooking it up the image on my tv is black and white a little out of phocus and flickers. I went into the advance settings but I had no luck with that. Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can clear this up?

My Computer has a Very Noisy Fan that can be heard by the people in the room NextDoor.
There are no visable gaps in the tower and I did open everything up and clean the dust up not long ago..
What should I do.

I know liquid cooling is a option but to my knowledge it is expensive

Then it suddenly turn on and off. and there is some sound at the back of it. Is the problem in the monitor or the video card? Do i need to buy a new one or it can still be fixed?

I purchased a Dell notebook about a year ago and already I have gotten a message that the battery can no longer provide sufficient power and must be replaced. I haven't done any unusual things with the computer and one of my friends bought the exact same laptop about six months before I did and has not had this message. Is this abnormal for a computer battery? Why would it have depleted so quickly?

I broke the original driver disc that came with my laptop, and I've tried every driver I could find, off of driverguide, ati's website, tried the omega drivers, but no matter what, Everytime I play a game, the graphics will stop working, and I get strange lines on my screen. I'm a PC tech, so I know what I'm doing, but if anyone has a similar problem, and found drivers, or may have a disc, it would be great. My laptop is an Asus Z80K, and I've tried their drivers too.

New cartridges for my all-in-one cost over £40, so I bought a colour printer for £28. When the ink went on that, I went back to PC World for replacements. Cost - £31.
How come?

I recently bought a set of Logitech z5500, and they randomly pop for some reason.

I have a MSI K9N SLI Platinum AM2 mobo and I'm using the onboard audio, so could that be the problem?

I bought 2 x 256MB SD RAMs for my pc. I have 2 available DIMM slots, so i guess it's ok. My current RAM is 256MB. I guess it'll be faster.

My current graphics cards is the Nvidia V7100 Pro 64MB card. It's doin fine but i'm really not contented with the performance i'm having.

So, i'm planning to purchase a graphic card with a 128MB memory. But it says on the specs that "128MB DDR+ memory". Will this work on my system? My motherboard is the ASUS P4S133 which is SDRAM compatible only. Am i facing a problem here?!

i need your comments ASAP! :) hehehe...

thanks...

I watch alot of episodes of shows online, so it should be able to handle that. I don't want to spend too much, maybe under 1200 unless you're SURE it's a great model that'll last a long time. I dont want a mac, because I dont understand them. Something easy to use prefferably, that doesn't delay and wont crash if I have 10 windows open! :] thanks so much.

this is a copy and continuation of a previos question from nunnayo b last week. "From the computer being COMPLETELY off, when I hit the power button the power light (on the button, on the tower) never turns green. It stays orange (which is the color of Standby Mode - for a Gateway). The keyboard/mouse/monitor don't register because the computer isn't really "on". Does anyone have a fix for this? Does anyone have an idea what this could be? I have made NO memory/device/driver changes in the last year. I would love to know how to turn the computer on - is there a "manual" powerup option?" it is not the monitor. "danlow" gave a good answer, but how do i update bios if i can't turn the computer on?

Thanks!
