i want to watch my computer on my tv, but it seems that i dont have the s-video out thing.... do i have to buy an adapter or ios there another way of doing it???

Not every computer has one. It really depends on the video card you have (unless you got one of those really cheap $299 Dells or something where the video processor is integrated into the motherboard). You get what you pay for in life.
There are some adapters that do this, but most of them are not dependable and usually outputs a corrupt or imperfect image. It's best to get a video card with such support.

no, you have to have a card that has an s-video output. They're realativly inexpensive. If you have a cheap compaq of emachine the chances are even lower. If you want s-video you'll have to get a new video card.
