i done a speed test and i got13169kbs for downloads and 247kbs for uploads and i just want to know why utorrent only uploads at 30kbs
is it becase of how i setup u torrent or is it a setting on my windows that is wrong
plzzzz help

when i send an email or something, is this how it travels.

1. goes to my isp gateway router
2. takes hops to different central isp locations.
3. reaches destination.

can a musllim terorist from iraq hack it? im afraid theyll attack us somehow and from now on i leave my computer and modem unplugged and only use it in 5 minute intervals will this help?????????

I've got a Maxtor Hard drive that I use in an external enclosure. It's a ATA 120GB drive. I used to use it with my PC, but I recently switched to a macbook core2duo. I can read from the drive, but I can't write to it. I was wondering...how do I reformat the drive so I can use it to store files using both my macbook and PC? Do I use Disk Utility that comes with OSX and if so, which format? MacOS Extended, MacOS Extended (Journaled), MS-DOS File System, etc?

Mycomputer starts up with a menu that says start windows normally, reboot, start with last known good configuration, etc. No matter which I pick it shows the Compaq screen, then windows xp home edition, (what appears to be...) a blue screen, and then back to the first menu. My Inspiron 700m LCD recently went bad and the LCD is flickering, flashing, and displaying tons of vertical lines. I was told by a computer technician that there are currently a few lawsuits going on against Dell about faulty LCD's. Does anyone else have this same problem with their 700m? Is there any way I can get Dell to fix or replace my computer? Please help!

.. I had great speed with my linksys wireless router. but today for some reason it slowed down ALOT! it is now so slow that pages take 20-30 seconds to load that used to take 2-3 seconds. I have Win XP op sys on an IBM laptop (T42). I tested it with the wired direct connection and that works fast. I disabled my encryption (WPAPSK) and IT IS STILL SLOW.

Please help me get my wireless speed back.
