When I first get on my account I insert the disc and nothing comes up. Then I went to my computer to find the CD-ROM drive and I couldn't find it. Isn't the CD-ROM drive under devices with removable storage or not. If it isn't where is it and what's it called.
The only icons I see when I go to my computer are 3 1/2 floppy and Local Disk (C:). Is there a problem?

I accidently removed my USB flash memory from the USB port while my PC was in the middle of copying data to it. When I re-insreted it, a message appeared saying the device was not formatted and prompted me to format. Apparently, the PC can detect the memory stick, but cannot read anything on it. In fact, under "properties", it shows both zero free space and zero used space. My stick has 4GB of data on it, which I dearly need since I am traveling in a conference. If I format, I'll lose it. Any advice guys? will deeply appreciate it.

For a long time I've been content to use the internet and not really care or know much about it. But a random thought in my head was wondering where the internet actually exists. I mean, I know it's there when I press the appropriate button on my computer, but it doesn't all live in my little lap top, surely? Is it based somewhere? If not and we all turn off every computer in the world, would it cease to be?
Please answer without using too much computer jargon, I think my question has made it clear how little I know about these things!

I have a column of numbers that represent the sum of ebay sales I made. Some of the numbers are negative sums because of a loss.
What is the formula for adding only the negative sums together. I can get a total for the positive sums because it deducts the negative sums when you add the column together, but cant get it to add just the negative sums. Ive tried "COUNTIF" less than $0.01(countif (x<"x"))and it says $1.00 no matter what the number is.

i cannot remove programs in the control panel i have windows
