When I first get on my account I insert the disc and nothing comes up. Then I went to my computer to find the CD-ROM drive and I couldn't find it. Isn't the CD-ROM drive under devices with removable storage or not. If it isn't where is it and what's it called.
The only icons I see when I go to my computer are 3 1/2 floppy and Local Disk (C:). Is there a problem?

You probably have the cd-rom drive disabled.

Right-click on my computer and then click properties. Click the hardware tab then device manager. Under dvd/cd-rom drives, right click on your drive (provided it shows up) and click properties. Make sure that the drop down at the bottom is set to "use this device (enable)".

If your computer does not recognize your CD-ROM you have a problem you may have to unplug the wires the the CD ROM and Plug them back in giving your computer the impression you are adding new hardware.
