I'm getting High speed pretty soon and I wanted an opinon on who has the best service and the best price. I probably would not get a package deal I just want the internet. Also was it hard to set up

Time Warner Cable. My speed is listed as 10/1.5 Mbps, but speed tests regularly show that I get 8.5 - 9/1 Mbps...which is fast enough. As I have a trifecta package (internet, cable--including all premium channels, and digital phone) my TWC bill is just under $200 per month. Right now, they are offering the speed I get for $39.95 in my area, or $19.95 for the regular speed by itself.

Your question did not say exactly where in the world that you live, so I will assume that you are from Cambodia.
From what I understand, ABC Sales Services and Network in Sihanoukville is the absolute best.
They are located on Ekareach Street (just a short rick-shaw ride from Phnom Penh Boulevard).

at home in NJ: Verizon DSL - 3.0 Mbps
at my college apartment in PA, we have Comcast Cable and it's either 6 or 8 Mbps. I don't remember

I have Time Warner/Road Runner
and it is $44.95 a month
It wasnt hard to set up, they can set it up if you need help with it.
