My 97 Pontiac Montana seems to have an A/C condensate leak inside the cabin. This leak occured after my car repair people did a lot of A/C work, replacing the evaporator (which is in the rear, left quarter panel of all places) and other parts under the hood. I took it back and had them look at things, but they couldn't figure it out, then winter came around and I forgot about it. Well, the problem is persisting and it's driving me crazy.

The low points of the carpet on both the driver and passenger side of the van get wet. I have removed the center console that houses the CD player to see if I can actually see water dripping, but I cannot. The volume must be pretty significant, because after sucking out the water with a wet/dry vac, the carpet will get wet again pretty quickly.

How can I find this leak and stop it!

Thanks y'all.

the engine is really running rough, and the oilpressure is that high, that it will come out of the dipstick if opened, it also pushes it out from the line that comes out of a pipe from the oilpan.there is Not too much oil in the engine.

With no warning, my clutch won't shift into gears. Was told to check the transmission fluid, located by the brake fluid.

I asked the question about my 94 dodge caravan. It won't start. It will turn over but not start. I know it has fuel I put five gallons in it. I took off the fuel filter and turned the motor over and no fuel came out the line. I was told to check the fuel pump relay under the hood. But i do not know where that relay is located. Does anybody know?

A dodge caravan won't start. took off filter and turned the motor over and no gas came out. I assume it is the pump that might be out.

My girls 94 dodge caravan won't start. It has gas in it. It turns over but won't start. I want to first check the fuel filter. Then possibly the fuel pump. I know where the fuel pump is, but I do not know where the filter is located.

I have a 1992 volvo 240. How important is it to flush the transmission fluid all out before refilling it or is it OK just to drain it and refill it?

I own a 1990 Chevy Lumina Van. She's still in pretty good shape but when I'm deccelerating there's a substantial "THUMP" when the automatic transmission drops from 2nd gear into 1st. Anyone know what that could be?

I filled it up with two cans of freon, but when I turned the car off I got a hissing sound like a snake. My dealer charges me $700, a regular shop costs $500, but that part sells for $110.00. I know I could repalce it msyelf. The line that goes to the radiator (condensor) is fine, I replaced the o ring,m but it still leaks freon. Has aynone had this problem and how was it resolved? By the way, both shops tell me it is the ac condensor, it leakes between the line and condensor. I wonder if it comes with that joint built in?

I have a 1992 ford explorer, the ac used to work perfect up until a few months ago. So I recently had it recharged, it worked for about an hour then started blowing out hot air again. Now I have had it recharged, the pump replaced, and have had a mechanic look for leaks which none were found. Does anyone out there have any idea what the problem could be??
Thank you so much!

When someone says that the air conditioner needs to be refilled, what does that mean? Also, how much would this cost to get it done?

The steering wheel of my car start to shake when I drive 55 miles or faster on freeway. It does it in a strange way.
It shakes for 4 ~ 5 seconds then don't shake for 2 seconds, and then it repeats the cycles.

If it shake continuously, I know it can be tire or shock. But it is like a on/off cycles ? What can be the problem ?

Thanks!

I have a 2002 Elantra GT with 76k mi. I just had it inspected this weekend and the mechanic told me everything looks good and that there is nothing he could see that I need to keep an eye on.

A friend of mine was in the car the yesterday and told me that he could hear a clank when I hit large bumps in the road and thought my rear struts were going. I also notice that when I accelerate or decelerate frequently in Manhattan traffic I can hear a small squeak coming from rear of the car.

I did some research online but don't notice any of the tell-tale bounciness I should be on the look out for. Does it sound like I new struts/shocks? Is there a better way to check?

Thanks for your help.
