The front has unequal length control arms with torsion bars that run from the rear of lower control arm to an anchor behind the transmission. No coil springs, and it uses conventional shock absorbers that mount to the lower control arms. Some had sway bars on the front.

The rear is a live axle with assymetrical leaf springs and angled shock absorbers. No 1966 Dodge Darts left the factory with a rear sway bar.
