My girls 94 dodge caravan won't start. It has gas in it. It turns over but won't start. I want to first check the fuel filter. Then possibly the fuel pump. I know where the fuel pump is, but I do not know where the filter is located.

The fuel filter is located on the inside of the passenger side frame rail, about mid vehicle, also, make sure you use OEM "aircraft" style fuel clamps, as regular hose clamps will not hold up to the pressure in the fuel system.

The fuel filter should be located, underneath, the passenger side sliding door.
