I have a 2003 Chevy Cavalier that needs a new O2 sensor before the cat. I also have a perfectly good o2 sensor just laying around from a 4 cyl Chevy S10 (has the same Engine just not the flex fuel version or fwd) and I was wondering if the part is compatable.

I have a 1998 Dodge 2500 Diesel, and I need to replace the signal light flasher. It doesn't work at all so I can't turn the flashers on and listen for it. I have had just about every dash panel off, and i still can't find it. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

Several weeks ago my check engine light came on, the engine code was for low flow through the EGR Valve. I took the valve off and cleaned it with throttle body cleaner. When I put it back on the car idled rough so I bought a new EGR Valve and put it in. I cleared the check engine codes and the light has not come back on, but it still idles rough when the A/C is on in park and drive. If A/C is off it does not idle rough and if the A/C is on and I put the car in Neutral it does not idle rough. I checked the configuration of all the vaccum lines and they are all correct and it doesn't appear that any of them are damaged. I'm a harrier mech. in the USMC and I know that jet with my eyes closed, but just an average car mech., can anyone help me with this problem or just gimmie some ideas of where to start?

We are using a Terramite TSS36 (Street Sweeper) but can't move it because the brake lock is engaged - it's related to the tow hitch - it just makes a click-click-click sound. Any help would be great Thank you

My friend is having a 1999 Civic, LX and we notice huge shift in the temperature in the stop and go traffic. It stays normal in the freeway speeds, but the moment we get off the freeway, stop and go at 5 or 6 lights, that is when the temp. reaches abnormal levels. It comes down after driving for a while without stopping, but still stays little above the normal level. Recently got a thermostat changed, but is not any better. Your suggestions are appreciated.

I recently had a hitch intstalled on my car for my bike rack. However, I'm having a tough time deciding if I want to install the wiring harness for trailer lights, just in case I ever decide to tow anything.

I will primarily use the hitch for the bike rack. But, it's not inconceivable that I may be inclined to tow a small trailer occasionally if I had the wiring harness.

However, my car does not have the connector that you can use to plug the harness into. So, it would require splicing directly into my car's wiring. Since the car is still under warranty, I don't like the sound of that very much. I don't want someone messing with the electical system if they could accidently mess it up somehow.

In certain sections of Pennsylvania many years ago, the Farmer's Anti-Automobile society set up some "rules of the road." In effect, they said:
1. "Automobiles travelling on country roads at night must send up a rocket every mile, then wait ten minutes for the road to clear."
2. "If a driver sees a team of horses, he is to pull to one side of the road and cover his machine with a blanket or dust cover that has been painted to blendinto the scenery."
3. "In the event that a horse refuses to pass a car on the road, the owner musttake his car apart and conceal the parts in the bushes."
