Nissan 98 Maxima GLE . I have prolem with the Air Bags. The light is blinking, it doesn't want to turn off. I was driving, and from all of the sudden it popped up. I have nop idea what is going on. I checked the fuse, and wondering where is the air bags sensor or how I could fix it by myself.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX OR DIAGNOSE THIS YOURSELF!!!! DOING SO CAN CAUSE THE AIRBAG TO DEPLOY AND CAUSE YOU SERIOUS INJURY IF YOU ARE BEHIND THE WHEEL WHEN IT DOES. Take the vehicle to your dealer IMMEDIATELY, NOT A REPAIR SHOP.......... YOUR DEALER! You do not want something to go wrong and it deploy while you are driving !!! I cannot say it enough, have it checked, IMMEDIATELY. Im not yelling at you by typing all caps, im just putting emphasis on the urgency of your problem needing attention.

welll in the first place this might mean that the air bag will or might have a problem, either it is in the inlating process or the pressure container, and most of all the impact sensor might be corrupt, this is really dangerous because the air bag might deploy randomly out of no where whether during regular driving or anytime, or maybe when you are in an accident the airbag might not delpoy at all. You should not try to fix this problem on your own, you need a professional to fix it you must go to the dealer not a usual mechanic because all cars have different kinds of airbag systems

The bag deployment charges ( the system that fills the bags with gas) has a limited lifetime. It's time to have them checked and / or replaced.
Don't do this yourself, you should not be able to get replacement gas cartridges and it's dangerous if the proper equipment is not used.

You need to take it to the shop immediately, there is probably something wrong with one of the sensors, unless you know what you're doing, you can't fix it.
