How much do you charge a friend um let me see here now. Well he most likely would pay happily anything that you wanted within reason, but hear in lyes the problem he is your friend. It really does not matter if he would charge you if the shoe was on the other foot.
Here is your chance to show him how much of a friend and neighbor youreally are . You charge ( $---.------) him this oh and this does not mean fill in the blank. It is empty so what do you think is your friendship worth?

What are you charging for, if your neighbor takes his garbage to the dumpster ? Is there something you are doing besides writing a very poor question ???

How big is the dumpster, does he put 60 bags in every week.
Calculate the % of space he uses and then figure out if that % of the cost. Is it worth maybe loosing a friend that's your choice.

If you're getting rid of it for free then you should be charging him nothing. I wouldn't charge him anything, I'd do it just to be a pal.
