My wife is going to buy a car to learn in and use to get used to driving after passing her test. I am insured on my car and she is a named driver. If she gets a car and is insured as the main driver in it when I tell my insurance about her car how will my insurance be affected? Her insurance will probably be with a different company.

I am so fustrated about my road test. I have been driving for about a yr n a half. I know all the rules like the back of my hand. I drive alot. I also have a car waiting for me if i cud jus finish this stupid test. Do u think I should take my time to practice 1 last time? Or jus rush it and say who cares?

A guy backed into my car. It was parked to sell it. So no insurance policy on it. My BF and I were sitting in the car out of the rain writting out a new for sale sign.

My BF and I were injured. The medical people are refusing to bill the insurance company responsible. They wanted me to pay up front and get rembursed later or have some other insurance cover it. I used my work health insurance, but I will have to go after the Car insurance company to pay the bill. How do I do that?

I was involved in a car accident and the other divier was at fault and their insurance company pay me a rental car. when I rented the car there was a walk through and some scratches were recorded. but when I returned the car , the clark was busy helping other customers and I forgot to ask for a walk around and I gave the key the clark. He said ok. but a few hours later was told that the car has some bumper damage , he has to write a report. Now my question is does the clark have resposibility by not insisiting to have a walk around. in the end, should his insuance company pay the damage or my insurance company pay the damage.

i was told by my rental car company the car has a bumper damage , who will pay, my car was rented by the other party who was responsible for my car accident and they rent me a car( while reporting my own car was a total loss). After I returned the car to the renting company and was told the bumper was damage, who will pay the damage, his insurance company or mine. Do i have to pay out of my pocket in this case.

i returned a rented car from enterprise as the clark was busy working with the customer , I was told I can go. a few hours later the clark told me that the car 's bumper was damage and will file a claime against me. How can i prove the damage was not mine or what if the enterprise people damage the car in between my return and later time when I was informed about the damage. what will happen to my insurance company or my record. what should I do next ?

Long story short. Not my fault. The guy backed into my car. It was parked to sell it. So no insurance policy on it. My BF and I were sitting in the car out of the rain writting out a new for sale sign. The car vibrated like crazy when we drove it to move it back to my place. The guys insurance company didn't even check the alignment or add it to the estimate. The other estimates don't even include the alignment. There could be more damage. I decided to get cash to another car. I have not signed anything yet or recived the check. My car is worth about 2K. It wouldn't be worth it to fix it.

Auto Body Shop $1162.00
Ford Dealership $1284.90
Les Schwab Alignment $90.00
361.14 difference. I asked to raise their quote. The Insurance company said no. If I had go to an auto body repair shop of my choice with 1013.76 they would call and ask for them to kick down more money. I am going to notify the insurance company that in writting that I am taking them to small claims court.

Any ideas on the letter that I submitt?
