The clerk at the courthouse can advise you on the procedure.
The fact that you're suing a bus company is no different from suing any other entity. You probably have to start by sending a registered mail wityh a time limit to comply with your demand.
After the time limit you will be allowed to file your claim with small claims court.

Go to your local county court and ask for the forms to fill out. There is generally a small fe...$10.00 - $15.00. The court will send a regular notice and a certified letter informing the defendant of the court date. Our local court has night and day sessions, so you can request what is more convenient for you ( the plaintiff). It may take a couple of months to get the actual court date. Good Luck!
