[Please do not explain this option to me, as I understand it. Thank you.]

I presently carry the option to sue for pain and suffering on my NJ auto insurance. When this first came in about 30 years ago, it only made about $100 difference in my individual premium. Now, with 3 cars and 3 drivers, it is more than 25% of my total premium. It's reached the point where I am considering whether to drop the option and give up the right to sue, unless the injury meets the specified qualifications. (If you are not familiar with this list, you can't really answer my question.)

Do you have any experience in this area or any suggestions? Do you think it's worth the expense of holding onto that "no threshold" option in the event of some crazy neck or back injury that can't really be diagnosed or treated? Do you have any random thoughts about the "no threshold" option in New Jersey?

If you have a least or most favorite company, I'd be happy to hear about them, too.

Thanks for your input.

This morning when I was backing out of the driveway, I thought I hit something. When I looked in the back mirror, there was no one there. Now my mom called and said there is no electricity at home or the neighborhood. I am thinking, maybe I hit a pole or something? I don't wanna tell the angry neighbors that I am the one who did it. I'm not even sure if I did. I could've been a stray deer for all i know.

My insurance co wants to do 50/50 with the people I backed into because we were both in a parking lot. We got a police report. However, I did NOT admit fault. Can I be liable for her damages if she chooses to sue and my ins. co. denies her?

I realize that this is not the correct way to insure but I just would like to know if the insurance company would pay for damages to another vehicle. We also reside in Oklahoma in case that matters.

My purse was stolen from my bag yesterday...i managed to cancel all my creditcards but i lost my provisional license. How do i deal with this? I've tried ringing the DVLA but they say you don't need to report it missing/stolen.
So do i just reapply for a new provisional?

(bearing in mind its a provisional license and not an actuall driving license)

I just purchased a vehicle (cash) in Baton Rouge, LA and moved to Dallas, TX two days later, so I still have my temp. paper plate on the car. The dealership just mailed me the title to the new car but I'm not sure what needs to be done in order to get my registration. Do I need to get my TX license first, or can I get my tag first or does it even matter? I'd like feedback from individuals who live in texas and know what they're talking about. Thanks!

Repo agents, do you use a car's GPS system to locate a car that is to be reposessed? If you answer please tell me if you know for sure, not hypothetically. It is not a criminal activity to be behind in your Lease payments, so can your privacy be invaded by using the navigation system's GPS?
