Actually, they do pay "their" claims, and normally very quickly. If you haven't received a check, its typically due to an ongoing investigation. If that's not the case, and your rep just hasn't come through, then call "their" office or cell. All our reps are required to give a cell and office number to insureds and claimants. Also, how long has it been? Thanks for putting all those details in your question. Makes things a lot easier.

Oh lord... what a broad question.. but generally.. when someone post a question like this... what they dont realize is its not the company (everyone is so quick to blame anyone but themselves) but an investigation process/ problem with coverage etc...

Can you tell us why they arent paying? I would be happy to explain to you what is going on if you provide more details.

It doesnt gain progressive anything by taking their time to pay a claim.. they want to pay it asap so it can be done with.

But stuff happens that slows stuff down such as:
ex 1: They cant find evidence that their insured was at fault
ex 2: the policy expired before date of loss
ex 3: The driver in the vehicle was excluded from the policy..

So.. instead of putting a short question and expecting us to be psychic.. please explain.
