well basically i want teh truth.. not what is "ethically correct". my firend here is convinced that if he takes is insurance card to court to prove that he had insurance when he got pulled over, the judge wont notice .. the card looks very very very real... the only thing is that its "not real". he tells me not to worry cuz the judge wont run the insurance number so everything cool.

is it true?. wont they notice the insurance is fake? can he bribe a insurance agent to get a card with the insurance date prior to his ticket?

I recently moved back to TN from FL. I purchased a truck over the weekend and would like to get it registered and titled today, but I dont have a drivers license because it is suspended in FL. My question is, can I register a vehicle for ownership purposes in the stae of TN or do I have to have a valid drivers license in this state to register a vehicle here? Thanks

I'm bought a used car from a private party, and they say they paid the loan off years ago. Will the county have record of this when I take the title to them for transfer, or do I need to bring in the actual lien release certificate from the seller? (Hennepin County, MN)

My insurance company, have sent me a reminder stating that no NCD is available with the policy I now hold. Having a Company car last year I decided to take out a limited mileage policy, I asked about NCD while taking it out and was told this was not a problem, now I lose my Co car in April and my insurance is up for renewal they say I no longer have any NCD because the policy does not support it. Can they do this? I had 6 years NCD last year, I dont know what to do now, I cant afford to insure my car without any NCD?? please help anybody!!!!

My family has started talking about me getting my license, but I'm too scared to. And I can't tell them that. I hate a minor car incident happen when I was a bit younger but my friends and I only know about it, and I think that is what is most worrying me. I don't want to ever think about driving. there are just too many accidents. And I wouldnt want to be held responsible for any one elses lives. What do I do ? They are egging me on to get my license...

I was parked behind someone in a friends driveway and they hit me while backing up to leave (didn't know I was there) what are my options? Its in michigan, no fault state, if that matters. Also we both just have the minimum PLPD, what exactly can I do? Its not bad at all, im just wondering what my options are.

i just found a nice project/drag car i want but the guy says something happened to the title????but the cars been sitting for 7 years in his front yard with a lien on it is the lien stil on it?ho would i get a title for this car with the lien?can i apply for abandoned car title like he suggested?the car is a 1981 how would i get the title?any help appreciated thanks very much!!

and hit my car. There is a pretty big dent in it. The estimate cost to fix it is about $1100. My car isn't even worth that and I was thinking of getting another one. Is it wrong to just get the money and then go get another car? Forgive the dumb question - I don't fully understand this insurance stuff. Thanks.
