Probably not the cheapest but State Farm if available. Generally the cheaper the premium then the less the company is paying out on claims. Like anything from electronics to appliances if it's cheap chances are there is a reason. Insurance companies are not in the business of ripping people off, you just have to do your reseach and make sure you ask all the questions. Too many times we assume that something will be covered when it is laid out in the policy that it not. A good agent is the best bet, generally coverage is the same but if you are going to pay it's best to pay for someone to go through all the details. An 800 number is probably not going to give you the answers you really want. Also they will likley not give you the claim service that you expect.
