Diminished Value claims are excluded by policy in Arizona.

I am surprised by the number of states that have bought in on NOT paying diminished value.

I can look at any vehicle and tell you if it has been in much of a wreck, and so can any good used car appraiser.

It is very difficult to put everything back as it was
before a wreck and not many bodymen and painters take the time needed to do it on every wreck. Believe me.

They are required to return the vehicle to pre-loss condition; if it's not possible, they owe you the actual cash value.
