My car got rear ended when I am at the traffic stop I am not at fault. Paint on the bumper got cracked and slightly dented- I have full insurance- with a $500 deductible- if go through my insurance I need to pay first $500 and I dont think damage will exceed $600 -700. Will my insurnace pay the cost incurred by me ? and does my premuims go up ? what are my options ? thanks in advance for you help?

I've been hearing (over the radio) about the CFO of Geico stating that he plans to visit every Geico customer's house wearing the gecko suit and thank them for choosing Geico auto insurance. Has anyone gotten a visit from him yet, because I'm still waiting for mine.

I'm 17, and I just had my first accident 2 days ago, I tried to change lanes and side swiped a minivan, however ... today, I got a speeding ticket... ( :( ) -

What's going to happen to my insurance rates? I have Allstate - I drive under my Dad, I don't want him to end up paying a **** load of money because of this ****. He has been with Allstate for about 15 years, what's going to happen?

i was at my friends place and my car was sitting there for 5 hours it was unregistered and i was parked in someone's parking place and i was the only one home because i was babysitting and i had the keys. i had to move my car because the owner of the parking place came home and i had to move it but i had no licence and i hit an on going car what do i do. what will happen

we had a green light going straight in the slow lane.the other driver was turning coming form the other direction.allstate said we are at fault for 15% because we should of been able to stop.Itold them that she had to yeild the right away.they replied that we didn't have our vehicle under controll. has anyone ever heard of such a thing ? should we get a lawyer ? by the way no one was hurt

A person from Allstate is threatening me that if I do not pay them for an accident I claim was caused by their client they will tell the WA authorities who will suspend my license for not having insurance. I was in my driveway on my own property when the collision occured. Anyone KNOW the answer? Guesses are ok but not really what I need.

Am I entitled to lost wages??? My car was possibly totaled on the way to work last night and I wasn't able to drive it to work (I also live 32 miles from work) and was pretty shaken up, should I be able to get remibursed since they found the other driver at fault? I got a ticket for speeding (67 in a 50) a little over 8 months ago. I took it to court because it was a "first offense" and got the points down from 2 to 1. I never got anything from my insurance company, so I thought I got lucky and my rates would stay the same. About three weeks ago, we had a bad wind storm in Maryland and a tree limb fell on my jeep. I reported it the same day and the insurance is fixing. Yesterday I got a letter in the mail from my insurance saying my rates were going up from the ticket in March. Do you think that my report of the tree limb triggered them to look at my driving record and raise the rate or is it just a coincidence that this happened at the same time?
