i was hit buy a woman in a blazer with the big metal finder and she never pulled over she continued to drive until the police stopped her when they stop her she told them she was a diabetic and they took her to the hospital what i wonted to know is can a person that is haveing an attack like this continue to drive and is she still responable for the hit and run ? my car was totaled.

I got one of those "producer tickets" (uk) to take my documents to the police station, I'm going down now but the only problem is it was my mates car and im not insured. Im taking the mot certificate and my liscence and my own car insurance but this isnt valid for the car in question.

Will i be arrested or just get a summons later?

Details are: I'm a 51yr. male living in Birmingham Uk driving a zero valued Ford Fiesta 1.3 automatic (1995) parked on the road (no choice unfortunately) looking for third party cover. I have 18 yrs no-claims. No accidents or convictions. Alarm & immobiliser fitted. I have been quoted £171 which I think is rather excessive. Any useful tips appreciated. Thanks.

My husband was recently hit at a stop light. There is quite a bit of damage to his truck. My question is, is there any way I can handle the claim with the person responsibles insurance company. I don't want my insurance company to handle it because the last time we were rearended it took them FOREVER to even get a copy of the police report.
I have a copy of the report and the number to the ladys insurance company. I'm just not sure where to start and what to even say when I call...any help?

I was a victim of a head on collison in 05-04 a pick up truck had crossed over the median of a two lane highway coming from the opposite direction I suffered many back injuries including herniated discs, and bulging discs, severe neck pain, a torn ligament in my ankle, and was diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder. Perhaps the most major thing was my head went through the windshield causing me to have permanent disfigurement to my forhead... I have a dent in my forhead that will not go away without surgery. With plastic surgery it will only leave me with another scar even worse then the one I have, Its something that will be there for the rest of my life. the driver was 100% at fault. Car was demolished. My lawyer said were asking for 100-150,000 my mother is freaking because she says that, that is not enough, I could have died and truthfully I have all these things i will have to deal with for the rest of my life and im only 24. I believe that I should be getting more.

Luckily, this question is just hypothetical. My car is fine. But having just paid big bux to insure it, I'm wondering which blue book value my insurer would use to determine how much to pay in event of a claim.

KBB.com has a trade-in, private party and dealer rate, in order from low to high, and they differ by a few thousand dollars. Also, would insurers take my word for the condition the car was in or do they always assume Good condition?

I'm going through insurance but I feel pressured to have my insurance fix my car. I have two witnesses that say she ran a red light and she only has the other person that was in her car. Her insurance company is conducting their own "investigation." But that's been going on for four days. Last I talked to them they said they would not accept liability for my car because she is adamently denying she ran a red light. Also, my friends are telling me that my insurance company should not have told me to call her insurance and that I shouldn't even be talking to her insurance company. Is that true? Hi there, I'm really worry because I drive, and i don't have neather Licence nor insurance. I already got pulled over, and I got a ticket for not having driving licence and insurance.
