You have to register your self with VOSA & The Council as a car breaker and provide proof of your businness to them they will then some one to view your premises and check that you have all the relevent equipment for disposing of waste oil / battery acid / brake fluid /etc . ( you need to apply for a licence to do this ) and have all the relevent containers for holding the waste product`s until safe disposal . AND Then they will check that you are breaking the car`s and Not repairing them ! It will cost you approx £ 5000 for your container`s & licence`s and waste disposal contract !

The cars are really cheap, but you need to register as a trader before you are allowed to buy.
Once you sign up, they give you guest access to their website, but you can't bid until they check your details.
