you cant get it online, but you can call a lawyer who can petition the police to obtain it, the thing is if your son is over the age of an adult, 18 here, then there is personal info, but if your willing ot pay a lawyer, it turn into a confidentiality thing and he will tell you only about the certain aspect of what you are looking for, the truth for example.

go to the local D.M.V. and request a copy of his driving record
