Will the BMV be closed on Saturday, which is Veterans day?

I am going to Columbus to transfer a title and do not want to waste a trip

They should close on the 18th to mourn the loss of OSU vs MI.

if you meant the DMV, yes they will be closed. Organizations under the state, observe and close for just about every holiday on the calendar.
