A person from Allstate is threatening me that if I do not pay them for an accident I claim was caused by their client they will tell the WA authorities who will suspend my license for not having insurance. I was in my driveway on my own property when the collision occured. Anyone KNOW the answer? Guesses are ok but not really what I need.

If your vehicle has a current, valid registration, yet you failed to carry insurance... then yes, the state can give you an SR-22 filing, which ends up suspending your license. It is illegal to not carry some form of insurance in every state, and Washington state can and probably will suspend your license if they catch you driving without insurance.
It depends on exactly what happened on your property as some states don't require insurance if you are using your vehicle ONLY on your property for farming or other maintenance issues. If this person decides to call the authorities who in turn investigate the collision, you can expect your license to be suspended. It seems like the other party is also extorting you, which is illegal.
If I were in your shoes, I would pay out of pocket and get insurance asap. If you were at fault, you are responsible to pay all of the money. Unless you are very wealthy and can be "self insured," where you can afford to pay all of the property damage and medical bills out of your pocket, pay the premium now rather than having to deal with a huge loss in the future.

in texas it is barely a offender offense in case you're caught utilising on a suspended license. and it is a misdemeanor. (everywhere from a 'c' to an 'a' reckoning on previous convictions and how the counties are coping with invalid license quotes) she has no convictions for utilising with an invalid/suspended license. a brilliant many people have invalid or suspended licenses and don't know it. your license could be seen invalid in case you have moved and not replaced your tackle interior the required time-physique. that isn't a huge deal. the well being care profession is calling for any legal conviction or misdemeanor convictions like DWI/DUI, possession (of any form of drug), theft, etc. it is continuously a robust theory to place the information on your application once you stick to in case you have any offender historic past. yet there's a reason they only ask for information on CONVICTIONS of 'a' or 'b' misdemeanors and felonies. your pal would be superb, even though it is a robust theory to under no circumstances provide up a modern-day job till you have been employed at a sparkling job reguardless of your offender historic past.
